Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Keel website and waitlist (the “Service”) operated by Keel Inc. (“Keel,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing our website or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

About Keel

Keel is a pre-launch financial wellness platform for consumers who spend on regulated platforms — sportsbooks, fantasy operators, and brokerages. It is designed to connect to your bank account (with your consent, via a read-only link) to calculate an income-based monthly spending budget and track deposits across the platforms you connect. The consumer product is not yet live. These Terms currently govern use of our marketing website and early-access waitlist only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access if we learn these requirements are not met.

Waitlist

When you join our waitlist, you provide your email address and consent to receive product updates, state launch notifications, and early-access invitations from Keel. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at legal@stakeguard.info. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

Not Financial Advice

Nothing on our website constitutes financial, legal, investment, or gambling advice. When the Keel product launches, the budget and risk calculations it provides are informational tools based on your bank data — they are not professional financial advice and should not be treated as such. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and the activity you conduct on the platforms you connect.

Responsible Gambling

Keel is a consumer-protection tool. We do not facilitate, promote, or encourage gambling beyond legal limits. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, free help is available 24/7 at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537).

Intellectual Property

The Keel name, logo, website design, and all content are owned by Keel Inc.and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KEEL INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members when possible.
